In a copper pot you put some slices of potatoes.
Add some sauce that has been cooked before made from peppers, onions, tomatoes and garlic.
Put on some pieces of different fishes.
Add more of the sauce.
Add some water, white wine and sea food stock.
Let it cook for 20 minutes.
Add prawns and mussels.
Let cook for another 10 minutes.
Finally add some fresh coriander
and serve in the copper pot.
